Trained Care Attendants at Home
Professional Daily Support for a Dignified Life
What Are Trained Care Attendants?
Omsorg’s Trained Care Attendants (also known as General Duty Assistants or GDAs) are certified professionals trained to assist individuals with their day-to-day activities and personal care needs—right in the comfort of their own home. They play a critical role in enhancing quality of life for the elderly, individuals recovering from illness or surgery, or those living with disabilities.
Our attendants are compassionate, background-verified, and trained to support clients with respect, empathy, and professionalism. Whether it’s helping with mobility, hygiene, or simply being a supportive presence, our attendants are here to ensure safety, dignity, and companionship.
How Does the Service Work?
1. Personalised Care Planning
Once you book a care attendant, our coordination team will conduct an initial assessment to understand your specific needs.
2. Matching with the Right Attendant
We assign a trained attendant best suited to your care requirements, preferences, and language.
3. Flexible Service Timings
Choose from part-time, full-time, or live-in care options depending on the level of support needed.
4. Ongoing Monitoring
Our supervisors regularly follow up with the client and attendant to ensure quality care and adjust if needed.
