3. Cancellation Policy

• *Cancellation by You:You may cancel services by providing at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee.
• * Cancellation by OMSORG: If OMSORG needs to cancel or reschedule services, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide alternative options.

•  *Limitation of Liability: OMSORG will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. This includes, but is not limited to, damages related to loss of data, delays, or failure to provide services due to unforeseen circumstances.

5. User Conduct

• *Abuse or Harassment: Users agree not to engage in any form of abuse, harassment, or mistreatment of caregivers or staff. Such behavior may result in termination of services.
• *Respecting Caregivers: Users should respect caregivers’ working hours and adhere to any guidelines provided by OMSORG to ensure the safety and well-being of both parties.
