8-Hour Nursing Care Package
Daytime post-surgical care, injection administration, medication support, vitals monitoring, wound care.
Timings:
Morning or Evening shift (as per client preference)
Services Include:
- Daily vitals monitoring (BP, pulse, temperature, etc.)
- Wound dressing and injection administration
- Medication management and IV infusions
- Catheter/colostomy care if needed
- Basic hygiene and feeding support
- Progress reporting and coordination with family/doctor
12-Hour Nursing Care Package
Patients needing extended day/night medical supervision, palliative support, or post-hospital recovery.
Timings:
Day or Night shift (12-hour)
Services Include:
- All services from 8-hour package
- Urine output and fluid intake charting
- Night-time monitoring (for night shifts)
- Bed sore prevention and position turning
- Emotional reassurance and comfort care
- Routine hygiene and feeding for immobile patients
- 1 Teleconsultation with a qualified doctor
- 1 Physiotherapy session
24-Hour Nursing Care Package
Patients requiring round-the-clock medical care, critical care at home, palliative/end-of-life care.
Timings:
Live-in nurse with 4-hour rest per 24-hour cycle or 2 nurses to cover day and night
Services Include:
- Complete 24/7 monitoring and support
- Advanced nursing procedures (suctioning, tracheostomy care, etc.)
- 2 Teleconsultations with a qualified doctor and 2 physiotherapy sessions per month
- Emergency response and escalation to doctors
- Bedside assistance, hygiene, feeding, and comfort
- Family and patient emotional support
- Coordination with doctors, lab technicians, and physiotherapists
- Verified, trained nursing professionals
- Regular supervision by Omsorg’s care coordinators
- Free care plan consultation
- Backup nurse support in case of absence
- Basic consumables (gauze, gloves, etc.) as add-on
