Arushima Pankaj

MBBS & MD in Anaesthesiology

Dr. Arushima Pankaj is a compassionate Anaesthesiologist with a deep commitment to the care, safety, and dignity of older adults. With experience across critical care, peri-operative medicine, and emergency management, she brings a calm, attentive presence to residents who require close medical oversight and personalised support. Her clinical journey—including rural service, ICU care, and multidisciplinary hospital practice—has shaped a patient-first approach that values comfort, clear communication, and holistic wellbeing. Passionate about community health, Dr. Arushima believes that quality geriatric care goes beyond treatment, focusing on reassurance, continuity, and improving everyday quality of life.

Dr Anuj Gaba

MBBS & MD in Internal Medicine

Dr. Anuj Gaba, MD is a highly experienced physician with a strong background in hospital medicine, clinical training, and healthcare education. He holds a Doctor of Medicine degree from Davao Medical School Foundation and is associated with AIIMS, reflecting his commitment to high standards of medical practice. Certified in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and Psychological First Aid, Dr. Gaba brings a patient-safety–driven, structured approach to care delivery. He has extensive experience training medical and non-medical teams across government and non-government organisations in India and overseas, with strengths in clinical instruction, communication, and systems-based care. Dr. Gaba is deeply committed to knowledge-sharing, capacity building, and collaborative healthcare, making him a valuable contributor to organisations focused on quality, safety, and long-term patient wellbeing.

Dr Tanuj Garg

Physiotherapy Specialist

Dr. Tanuj Garg is an internationally certified Physiotherapy Specialist with over a decade of leadership in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, pain management, and mobility restoration. With advanced qualifications in Orthopaedics, Ergonomics, and Acupuncture, he combines evidence-based physiotherapy with holistic rehabilitation to deliver lasting outcomes. Currently serving as Head of Physiotherapy at Sharma Medicare Hospital and Founder of Lifeline Rehab Centre, Dr. Garg also advises leading organisations as a Senior Ergonomic Consultant. His work focuses on restoring function, preventing injury, and improving quality of life—particularly for older adults requiring structured, compassionate rehabilitation care.
