Memory Care Package Options

Hourly Respite Support
Package

* Caregivers needing a few hours off during the day or night.

Inclusions:

  • 4-hour GDA or Nurse visit (day or night)
  • Assistance with bathing, toileting, feeding, and mobility
  • Medication reminders or administration (as needed)
  • Light housekeeping for the client’s room
  • Basic vitals check (if nurse assigned)
  • Family handover report post-visit

Short errands, appointments, or personal rest while ensuring your loved one is not left alone.

Daily Respite Care
Package

* Temporary caregiver replacement for a full day or night.

Inclusions:

  • 8 or 12-hour GDA/Nurse care (based on need)
  • Complete personal care and hygiene support
  • Assistance with feeding and medication
  • Companionship and supervision throughout the shift
  • Vital signs monitoring and fall prevention
  • Flexible scheduling (day or night shifts)
  • Daily family updates via phone or WhatsApp

Extended Respite Stay
Package

* When the primary caregiver is travelling or unavailable for multiple days.

  • Daily 12 or 24-hour care (live-in or shift-based)
  • Complete Activities of Daily Living (ADL) support
  • Night-time monitoring and safety assurance
  • Vitals checks, medication management, and dietary assistance
  • Emergency response and escalation to Omsorg medical team
  • Coordination with doctors, labs, or equipment if needed
  • Daily family communication and optional video updates
  • End-of-stay summary and health progress report
